Delivery

  • Product availability and estimated lead time are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation before purchase.
  • Shipping charges and the available carrier service are confirmed before the order is finalized.
  • Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the order confirmation states otherwise.

Support

  • Included remote technical support covers initial setup, software installation, basic troubleshooting, and use of the included JLI software; its service period is stated in the quotation.
  • Suite purchases include the on-site deployment, onboarding, and research-enablement services listed on this page. Scheduling, service location, and any travel-related costs are confirmed in the quotation.
  • Software updates and any continuing support beyond the included service period follow the terms stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Limited warranty

  • The warranty period and covered products are stated in the order confirmation supplied before purchase.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the applicable order terms.
  • JL Innovation may repair the product, replace affected parts, or replace the product, as appropriate.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, improper storage or installation, unauthorized modifications, damage caused by third-party equipment, or assembly errors in customer-assembled kits.
